About Natalie

Natalie has had a deep love of cooking for as long as she can remember. She is an Ohio native where her small town roots turned into big city dreams at a young age. She followed her passion to Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France upon graduating high school. In 2002 Natalie graduated with a degree in French Cuisine.

After culinary school, Natalie traveled extensively around the globe to many culinary hot spots, including Europe, Peru, and Japan. After relocating back to the states Natalie worked for multiple high-end caterers before landing a job in Napa Valley. Natalie studied the art of viticulture and became first level sommelier certified in 2013.

She attributes her travels to her versatile skill set and well-rounded palate. She enjoys cooking with vibrant, colorful ingredients, and creating bold unique flavors. She is flexible when it comes to special requirements and requests and has the ability to create customized meals based on personal tastes and preferences.

As a Professional Chef, Natalie designs healthy meals with an emphasis on local and fresh ingredients. She has cooked privately for several celebrities and athletes in the New Jersey area, and is currently the personal chef to Eli Manning and his family.
